Primary Careers Curriculum

Our Careers Curriculum is a structured and engaging programme for learners from EYFS to Year 6, tailored to each year group to ensure content is age-appropriate, accessible, and impactful, covering 66 different careers in total. Each year group receives over 12 hours of curriculum content delivered through a series of 12 lessons. The full programme is provided as a complete package, including differentiated Student Explorers, a comprehensive Teacher Booklet, fully resourced PowerPoint presentations for every lesson, and sector and career insight posters.

 

Together, these materials support interactive learning, build key employability skills, broaden aspirations, and help pupils make meaningful connections between their education and future career pathways.

Purpose of Primary Careers Curriculum

This careers curriculum is designed to inspire, inform, and empower pupils from EYFS through to Year 6 by introducing them to 66 different careers across a wide range of sectors. The programme aims to:
