Our Story
Career Seekers Direct was founded in 2017 with a simple but powerful vision: to raise aspirations, develop skills, and create meaningful connections. We saw the challenges people faced in navigating careers, education, and employment opportunities, and we wanted to make a difference by bridging the gap between individuals, schools, employers, and communities.

From the very beginning, our journey has been about people—helping learners uncover their potential, supporting schools and colleges to deliver high-quality career education, and enabling employers to connect with future talent. What started as a small team with a big ambition has grown into a trusted organisation recognised for its impact and innovation.

As our team has expanded, so has the depth and breadth of what we do. New members have brought with them fresh ideas, specialist expertise, and diverse professional backgrounds, allowing us to develop a wider range of services. Today, we support learners of all ages—from school pupils exploring their options to adults looking to reskill or take a new career direction.

Our dedication to quality and impact is reflected in the Matrix Standard accreditation, which acknowledges the excellence of our information, advice, and guidance services. We are proud to be delivering bespoke vocational skills training, career workshops, and alternative learning provision across Coventry and Warwickshire. In addition, our status as a licensed organisation means we can assess and accredit schools, colleges, and training providers against the Quality in Careers Standard, helping them raise the bar in their own careers education programmes.

Our Team
Our team is made up of skilled, qualified professionals with backgrounds as teachers, HR managers, career advisers, coaches, and youth workers. Collectively, we bring experience from a wide range of sectors, including utilities, marketing, hospitality, health and social care, education, charities, and manufacturing.

This breadth of experience gives us valuable insight into the realities of our clients’ worlds and the challenges they face—allowing us to deliver support that is both relevant and practical.
