Career Seekers Direct Ltd take the safeguarding of all of our learners and staff very seriously, and we have policies and procedures in place to ensure that all of our team embody our approach to safeguarding for the protection from any harm to young people and vulnerable adults by abuse and/or neglect.
All of our staff are trained to recognise and support our learners in the workplace and to follow the internal Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy, which is reviewed annually. This ensures that we are continually up-to-date with any new legislation and we remain committed to the welfare of all of our people.
We ensure the recruitment of staff is robust by following the safer recruitment practices to ensure that our team are suitable to work with children and young people, and that they are fully DBS checked. All staff complete a thorough induction upon joining Career Seekers Direct Limited which includes safeguarding training to ensure they are trained to identify the signs of a safeguard need such as physical abuse, emotional abuse, sexual abuse and neglect.
