ALP & NEET
At Career Seekers Direct, we provide tailored Alternative Learning Provision (ALP) for young people who may not thrive in traditional classroom settings. Our programmes are designed to re-engage learners, build confidence, and develop practical skills that open pathways to education, training, or employment.

We also offer dedicated support for young people who are Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET), helping them identify their strengths, explore opportunities, and take positive steps towards their future. Through personalised guidance, vocational workshops, and employability training, we ensure every young person has the support they need to progress and succeed.

Personal and Social Development for Years 7–11
Our Toolkit for Life programme gives schools the flexibility to design a bespoke package of high-quality support that meets both learners’ needs and your budget. Options range from half- or full-day enrichment workshops to multi-day or multi-week activities, all designed to build personal and social development.

You can mix and match from a wide menu of activities to create a programme that works best for your students. Delivery is available on your premises, at an external venue, or online. A short film showcases the full range of activities to help you shape your unique package.
