3 Week UK Based Work Experience Programme

The programme is ideal for young people and young adults aged 16 -18 seeking to gain skills, knowledge and experience that will give a competitive advantage when entering the world of work.

What is the programme structure?

The programme is a combination of practical work experience and work related seminars led by our team of experienced employability coaches and employers.

Week One: Combines morning and afternoon work related seminars to develop employability skills and English language skills needed for the workplace.  These seminars include practical CV writing, interview practice, assessment centre practice and talks from business owners.

Each participant also has a 1-2-1 careers guidance interview with a professional Careers Adviser.

Week’s Two and Three: Participants have the opportunity to undertake work experience in a local business allowing them to practice their English and employability skills in a real working environment.

Please note this programme can be adapted to 1 and 2 week programmes for schools bringing pre-formed groups of 12 or more.

These programmes also include a day’s excursion to London or a popular tourist destination.

Where are we based?

Our programmes take place in Warwick, Warwickshire UK and there are many reasons why participants enjoy coming to this location.
